March Is National Kidney Awareness Month

According to the National Kidney Disease Education Program (NKDEP), over 8 million Americans suffer from reduced kidney function and 400,000 require dialysis or a kidney transplant to live. In recognition of Kidney Awareness Month you are encouraged to seek testing, learn about treatment availability and prevention. You should not be in the dark about your health.
